Brunch at HYDE is Galway’s most glamorous brunch experience, served seven days a week from 11am to 4pm. From indulgent waffles and brisket tacos to vegan-friendly favourites, every plate is packed with flavour and flair. Pair your brunch with velvety coffee, sparkling prosecco, or go all in with our daily Bottomless Brunch.
