There was nowhere quite like Galway during race week, and nowhere quite like HYDE to celebrate it. From the first race to the final cheer, HYDE Bar was home to the best of Galway Races week. Live music every night, a showstopping Ladies Day event, and our exclusive Race Week Brunch made this race week done properly. Whether guests were dressing up for Ladies Day or making a long afternoon of it with friends, HYDE had the setting, the cocktails, and the atmosphere to match the occasion.

Best Dressed evening with Rachel Gorry
Ladies Day at HYDE was one to remember. We hosted a special Ladies Day event with style icon Rachel Gorry, celebrating the fashion, flair, and fun that made it the most glamorous day of the racing calendar. Guests dressed to impress for our Best Dressed Competition, open to all, with a stunning prize up for grabs. Race-day looks were on full show as everyone soaked up the atmosphere in style.
Our best dressed walked away with a prize worth up to €2,500, including treats from Diamonds Factory, Standún, Seabreeze Aesthetics, Beauty & Skin Clinic, and a stay in one of our HYDE suites.

The party didn’t stop when the races did. Every evening throughout race week, HYDE Bar came alive with live music, the perfect soundtrack to the night. Guests settled in with a cocktail, gathered their crews, and soaked up the atmosphere. No ticket, no plans, just great music, great drinks, and the best of race week, right in the heart of Galway city.
